At Sweet Culture, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Our Shipping Policy

We strive to have your products shipped to you in a timely manner and arrive in excellent condition. Please allow 2-3 days for processing. Please allow 3-5 Business days for delivery after order is processed. Orders will typically ship sooner. In an effort to save paper, packing lists are not included in shipments at this time. During warm weather, and in hotter climates, items will ship Mon-Wed to avoid sitting in a warehouse or hot truck over the weekend and ruining the product. During the months of May-September, and depending on geographical location orders will ship in thermal protectant packaging with gel ice packs to help keep product (most specifically chocolate) at its best quality.

Return Policy

Due to the vulnerability of our items, returns are generally not accepted. However, we do understand that occasionally damage can occur during shipping. If this should happen please take a photo of your items in the box when they arrive and send it to us via email with in 2 days of receiving your shipment.
